Kung Pow Chicken Action Figure
I’m effectively finished with the game (hooray!), so to celebrate a sort-of “soft launch,” I made an action figure of the hero, Pecky Cluckenbawker.
Design Notes
Created in FreeCAD v0.20.2, this was a challenge as I wasn’t sure the small articulated joints would be capable of making an effective action figure. On top of that, keeping the “hands” sized correctly for the body and all accessories created to date was tricky. The original design had tiny angry eyes, but they just didn’t look quite right, so the design landed on something slightly more “sprite accurate.”

2. Assemble Head
Press-fit KPC-Eye (x2) and KPC-Beak in KPC-Head as shown. Fit KPC-Bandana over head.
3. Assemble Joints
Fit AFJ-Small-FreeCAD (x5) into KPC-Body as shown. Use Needle Nose Pliers as necessary.
4. Add Head
Fit as shown.
5. Add Feet
Fit KPC-Feet as shown.
6. Add Wings
Fit Wings as shown.
7. Assemble Spatula
Press-fit Spatula-Blade onto Spatula-Handle as shown.
8. Become a Culinary Ninja
Wield your rubberized blade to defeat your enemies and whip up a delicious meal.
